THE TECHNIQUES OF TRIKONASANA

Technique :
- Stand up with the legs wide apart, put your right hand on the waist and let your hand hang straight downward. Now inhale breath and lift your left hand upward, then bend it to the right to form a line. Hold your breath as long as you can and exhale and finally return to your position and unwind. Do these steps at least once and maximum three times.
Benefits:
- This kind of asana is very good for kidneys, digestive system, releasing constipation, massaging the nerves of backbone and exercising the muscle of lower back.
