THE TECHNIQUES OF PASCIMOTTANASANA

Technique :
- Stand up, exhale the breath and bend your body upward, hold on to your big toe. Endure your exhaled breath as long as you possible can and then go back to your initial position gradually while in haling the breath. Do these steps once to three times.
Benefit :
- This Asana helps relieve and prevent stomach ache, reduces excessive fat on the belly, promote digestion and resolves constipation and finnaly the body will become very flexible.
