Trying new food is my hobby, I have experience, now I want to describe a little bit of that; on day I went to the place that is the first time I went there. It is a new place that I knew, this place sell many kind of food, looked it very nice. But does not stop here before I try this food. I try to eat as long as it tastes good, but suddenly something is a bad in my stomach. Well, now we focus on the topic! How this could happen? Although trying a new food is your hobby, but we must always remember of your healthy, especially our stomach. This is important thing that our stomach could not able to accept kind of new food. That’s why we recommended you to reduced seasoned and spicy food, and more importantly, make sure that the food you are eating is hygiene, especially if you are traveling to Bali. So, this is a little bit about Bali Belly that you have to know.

Most of the causes of Bali Belly are happen suddenly, the illness generally is growing rapidly and weight of stool. Beside that, altered stool consistency also is common and especially, a tourist experiences until five loose or watery bowel movement each day. Other commonly associated Bali Belly symptoms are vomiting, diarrhea, bloating, fever, abdominal, nausea and urgency. Most of the causes of Bali Bell begin and resolve approximately in two days.

 How to Avoid Bali Belly?

1. Don’t drink any tap water even when you take brush your teeth
2. Don’t drink unpasteurized milk
3. Avoid all fruits and raw vegetables unless it can be peeled and peel yourself
4. Don’t eat raw meat and fish
5. It should be safe to drink bottled water (if you are the one to break the seal), soft drinks and hot coffee or tea.
