Balinese food, like most of Indonesian food in generally has spicy flavor. Lawar, Satay (spicy marinaded thin slices of meat, threaded onto a skewer, barbecued, and served with a spicy peanut sauce), Babi Guling (suckling pig) and Tipat Cantok (served with spicy peanut sauce and often with prawn crackers) are some of Balinese food. Have you ever try it? Some of Balinese food like Suckling Pig, Lawar, and Sate Lilit generally make during the temple festival or ceremony. But now, Really easy to find those Balinese food, you can find it in some restaurant, or even in Warung! A Warung is a small local cafe that traditionally serves local food, but have adapted to accommodate foreign tastes.

some those food (example : suckling pig, lawar, sate lilit) is made of pork that combined with basa genep (bali complete seasoning). Even though trying new food is great, we must always remember that our stomach may not be able to accept new kind of food. So, that is why we recommended you to let the spices and chillies low.
Experiencing the unique and different food from different places in the world is like trying to do something new for the first time..So, ready to try? Let’s come to Bali and try it!:)

South of Bali – Kuta area

Keindahan pantai dengan Sunset di Kuta South of Bali Kuta area

Kuta is famous with beautiful view of beach. Many visitor come in Kuta that this once fishing village played a big role that as we know, it is in the tourism boom of the 70s and today is a bustling town filled with shops, restaurants, clubs, bars, hotels and many tourist

attractions. Kuta beach is famous for its surf, although it is not recommended for swimming. It is easy to get around Kuta on foot and a meander through Poppies Lanes I and II, which only motorbikes may enter, is a pleasant discovery of a variety of shopping and culinary experiences.

Following the beach north from Kuta, we have Legian, which although busy, is a lot less so than Kuta, due partly to a oneway road system that eases traffic congestion. A little more sophisticated than Kuta, the pace is slower in Legian although there is everything a visitor could wish for ; shops galore, restaurants, night clubs, bars, boutique hotels, and villa or private home. Legian is a little more residential with many expatriates also living in the area.
