THE TECHNIQUES OF ASANA

  • Standing Asana, TADASANA Techniques ;
    Take the standing position on both feet and put hands beside your body. Keep the balance of left and right body. Raise your hands straight up and brings the palms together on the head. Focus your sight on one single point located right in front of you. Inhale the breath and stretch your hands, shoulder and chest upwards. Raise both heels ( stand on tip-toes) so that the weight of your body lies on the tip-toes. Hold your breath and keep silence for a while in this position. When you feel it’s enough, lower your heels while exhaling your breath and then come again to initial position and unwind.
    BENEFIT : It can be used to establish physical and mental balance and its good for relieving headache. (BTN)
