<li style="text-align: justify;">Stand up, exhale the breath and bend your body upward, hold on to your big toe. Endure your exhaled breath as long as you possible can and then go back to your initial position gradually while in haling the breath. Do these steps once to three times.</li>

<li>Stand up with the legs wide apart, put your right hand on the waist and let your hand hang straight downward. Now inhale breath and lift your left hand upward, then bend it to the right to form a line. Hold your breath as long as you can and exhale and finally return to your position and unwind. Do these steps at least once and maximum three times.</li>

<li style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Standing <span style="text-decoration: underline;">Asana</span>, TADASANA Techniques</strong> ;<br />
Take the standing position on both feet and put hands beside your body. Keep the balance of left and right body. Raise your hands straight up and brings the palms together on the head. Focus your sight on one single point located right in front of you. Inhale the breath and stretch your hands, shoulder and chest upwards. Raise both heels ( stand on tip-toes) so that the weight of your body lies on the tip-toes. Hold your breath and keep silence for a while in this position. When you feel it&#8217;s enough, lower your heels while exhaling your breath and then come again to initial position and unwind.<br />
<span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>BENEFIT</strong></span> : It can be used to establish physical and mental balance and its good for relieving headache. (BTN)</li>
