Bali is one of the world’s heritages, well known for its unique art and culture. In Bali famous with traditional dance that make visitors are interested to visit Bali, with beautiful place and some of it show some amazing culture like; traditional dance such as:

Tari Barong dan keris 300x179 Traditional Dance of BaliThe Barong and Keris Dance is located at Kesiman Village, The Barong dance is one of the most popular cultural show in Bali, this dance normally perform at the temple during temple festival. The Dance starts at 9.00 am and finish at 10.00 Am. The story behind this dance is an eternal fight between good and evil spirit. “The Barong” is (a mythological animal) represent good spirit and “The Rangda”, a witch (a mythological monster) represent evil one. Balinese people also belived that the Barong is symbol of protector. Many kinds face of Barong available, mostly known is Barong Ket, Barong Landung, Barong Macan (tiger face) Barong celeng (pig face)

Tari kecak dan Api 300x225 Traditional Dance of BaliKecak and Fire Dance at Uluwatu Temple, A Kecak performance is very simple. The men’s chorus chants the words Cak ke-cak ke-cak ke-cak ke-cak ke-cak, in rhythm, over and over again, for this reason they are called the Kecak or Cak dance. The Kecak dances consist of about fifty men wearing only a loin-cloth, the upper part of their bodies left bare. They form rows of circles, in the middle of which is a coconut oil lamp. The Kecak dance is performed for dance-dramas and the story presented is taken from the Ramayana epic.

Legong dancer will dance by beautiful girls wearing colorful cloth. The dance performance held in outside courtyard of Ubud Palace with background huge closed gate, start at 7.30 pm till 9.00 pm. Everyday they show different kinds of Balinese dance in this place such as Ramayana Ballet, Mahabarata Ballet and Spirit dance.

This is the centre of affordable but adorable painting. There are many painting galleries. This is best alternative souvenir; you might consider which show a high quality of Bali Culture. Painting is also popular in Bali, using the real egg or wood, which is formed like an egg. This kind of painting can easily be found at Ubud.

Beside that, the others central of art in Bali is Celuk. It is located in Gianyar Regency; there are many jewelry showrooms at Celuk Village. If you want to buy some of them, you can visit Celuk Village. Many kinds of gold and silver jewelries such as bracelet, ring, necklace, at any designs are exhibited here. You may also see the process of the jewelry that making in Celuk Village, and order it as you wish. Silver in Celuk Village is made of burned silver with its unique motif such as grail or round; it’s a blur color, thus called black silver.
