BABY REEF- a great spot to learn to jump and practice with the waves. The waves are easy and forgiving also on big days as the reef is mostly covered by sand. The area of flat water between the waves and the light tower, is like a mirror and the speeds you can reach there are incredible.

YO-YO REEF- Directly opposite to Baby reef, providing ideal starboard jumping conditions.

HYATT REEF AND OKA POINT- Better to kite there when the wind is strong or windsurf when the waves are small because usually they are three times bigger than Baby and Yo Yo reef. On the big days the waves are like walls. Leave them alone. Excellent starboard jumping but for expert only.

You can rent equipment at Sanur’s mostly sand lagoon for some smooth cruising or mast height jumping action on the reef. Speed freaks checks out the channel between shore and Serangan, where its always a few knots more.

Blue Reef Left, Bali’s very own Ho’okipa. Side shores winds, with wave up to 10 feet providing perfect conditions for jumping and waves riding. Looking out to see its about 200 metres, left of the light tower. The waves can be very hollow and over 6 feet’s so no margins for error here. Better conditions with wind-side shore winds and a medium/low to high tide.

Blue Reef Right, About 300 metres right of the light tower, you will find this wave very nice to ride especially when the wind is little bit side offshore. Ti’s easies than blue left, as the reef is deeper and the waves smaller. The peak is pretty far out and the waves not too big. Holds up quite well. Watch out and the waves not too big set that closes out on the all the lines. Jibe and run away. Not too good at high tide.

PARASAILING,
An undemanding and danger free experience. Belted into the parachute you are pulled up by a speed-boat to a height around 40 metres. A pair of gloves is provided, red for your left hand and blue for your right. You steer and land the parasail by pulling with either you left or right hand as indicated by the ground staff will wave at you. Full briefing and instructions are given before you go up.

JETSKIING,
The most popular brands of jet ski used for this sport are yamaha and kawasaki, with powerful 500-650 cc engine. Instructions are provided by the operators rules of the area. Always wear a life jacket and stay away from reefs especially on the outgoing tide. Jet skis operate like motorbike, always check your surrounding first before making a turn. Stay clear of swimmer and find a quite area to jet ski as these can caused serious or even fatal injuries if misused. Remember, if you injure someone, or damage property you will fully liable to pay any costs.

BANANA BOAT,
Various sizes of Banana Boats are offer, seating 2,3,4 or even 5 passengers. The boat is an air-filled raft, with handles on each seat, pulled along by speed boat. The bigger banana boat the better fun, as the wave jumps are higher and larger group is simply more fun. wear a life jacket, which also doubles as protection against collisions with your fellow passengers.

SUBMARINE
Bali has the only tourist submarine in south east Asia. It’s perfect for non-diver to explore the Bali’s underwater world. The ride goes to depth of 30 metres and lasts for 45 minute. You will be able to observe and have firsthand experience of the tropical marine fauna, such as butterfly, parrot, unicorn, and sergeant major fish and many other brightly colored fish as well as the unusually beautiful flora and delicate corals. During the whole adventure, safety is assured in this highly sophisticated canadian-built vessel. The pilot and co-pilot are highly trained and experienced. It is in constant contact with surface support craft throughout the dive.

SEAWALKING
Sea walker dive with helmet that permanently connected to the surface. A hose provides fresh air and you breath under-water exactly as you would above the water. Even your hair stays dry and you can wear glasses and contact lenses. The maximum depth is about 5 to 6 meters and you spend around 30 minutes underwater. It is so easy, almost anyone can do it. You don’t need any previous training or experience and you even don’t need to know how to swim, because the helmet weight only 12 pounds underwater, even children as young as ten can give a try. Disabled people can also enjoy walking as long as they can use both hands.
