Bali offer you some experience, this time I introduce you how to make silver ware,  since silverware is one of the “higlight” Bali Product.

Materials :

• Pure Silver, copper
• Fruit Glue as called piling for temporary sticking
• Acidic Fruit
• Black Stain specifically used for silver

Processing Method :

1. Melt the silver and copper until they combine and form metal plate. Boss the plate with mallet for the required thinnest of metal. Knead the silver plate for further thinning, to produce a good quality silver. Combine 92,5% silver and 7,5 % copper.
2. Method
   1. Create a Design on the Silver plate and cut following the design pattern such as a ring, bracelet, broach, etc
   2. Fixing the wire for applying the design/ decoration, cut the silver plate in a circular spiral fashion, then using a wiring tool, make the wire of your choice. Shape the wire into various kinds decorations.
   3. Making the silver balls for decoration. Cut the silver wire into pieces then melt them into balls of silver.
3. Fix the wire and silver balls on the basic pattern to temporarily glued, until the desired result id obtained. Weld the joints for firm assembly.
4. a. Purify the silver readied product by boiling it in the acidic solution, then brush  carefully to completely clean it.
   b. To create the antique style, use the specific black stain of silver on the cleaned product.
5. Final Process.
   1. Polish the product carefully to your desired lustre.
   2. Set the gem after being polished.
