Some yoga method to improve your inner beauty while you are in Bali , serials ;

THE TECHNIQUES OF PASCIMOTTANASANA

Technique :

  • Stand up, exhale the breath and bend your body upward, hold on to your big toe. Endure your exhaled breath as long as you possible can and then go back to your initial position gradually while in haling the breath. Do these steps once to three times.

Benefit :

  • This Asana helps relieve and prevent stomach ache, reduces excessive fat on the belly, promote digestion and resolves constipation and finnaly the body will become very flexible.

Royal Palace Singaraja North Bali Festival on 25 – 27 July 2008, This event is celebrated within the compounds of Singaraja Palace of North Bali, a palace famous as the historical remains of the buleleng kingdom and a noted cultural area of Catus Pata ( Perempatan Agung Buleleng). One will enjoy the festival’s offering of Buleleng’s traditional costumes on parade, handicrafts, speech contest in Balinese and English language with topic of cultural preservation and development. Revealing the grandeur of the north, this event is not to be missed. The royal family also keeps numerous court and ritual paraphernalia and old also rare pictures of the royal family. Balinese royal in every region were usually the main patrons for the art and culture. The planned festival, to e held in July is part of the ” Visit Indonesia Year 2008” program. The program is designed to introduce Singaraja’s cultural heritage to the people and to draw more visitors to Bali and the last but not the least, visit Royal Palace Singaraja North Bali Festival on 25 – 27 July 2008
